Description

Name: Chris Oak

Age: 13

City: Brentwood

BackStory: Born in a hospital in December 20th, 2001, at 7:34 P.M., Chris Oak had a condition called "Heterochromia iridum." She had her mom's green on the left, and her dad's baby-blue on the right. Her parents loved that a little bit of both of them were in the child. (Not like there is only 1 parent in the child's genes ever..)

The problem was, Chris's parents did love her, but not each other. They faught when Chris was asleep. Sometimes she faked sleeping just to see if they always faught. She found out, they did. Any chance they could get.

They faught about the DUMBEST things, too. They faught about the amount of creamer one of them put into their coffee, they faught about the channel on the television, and even if they baught bananas at the store. Chris never let them know she knew about the fights. Until June 2nd, 2010.

She was in the back-seat of their mini-van until her dad took a wrong turn. Her mother pointed it out and the dad objected. They started their usual bickering. Her dad got so mad he had to pull over. He grabbed her mom's hand and pulled her with him into the alley the parked near. Confused and worried about her mom, Chris jumped out of the car window that was open just enough for her to fit. What she saw in the alley struck her like a brick to the back of her head.

Her father's pants were worn out and the right pant-leg was ripped halfway off. He had a scratch down the right side of his face; witch was twisted with anger.

Her mother's hair was ratted up and her clothes looked as if they've never seen an ironing board. She had a black eye on her left eye, and the heels on her boots were broken off. Her father was an animal,  but Chris can't say any better about her mom.

Finally, her dad got furious. He punched his wife in the gut, making her bend over. He took that chance to pull out his pocket knife and swing at his wife's neck. She pulled back, but lost her balance. Then, her dad shoved the knife into her mom's gut, making both girls wince. As soon as he heard Chris, he looked up, eyes small with shock that his 8 year-old daughter was watching the fight like it was just a scary movie.

And that's what Chris was hoping it was. Just a scary movie, or a nightmare. But it wasn't. This was her cold, dead, reality.

Her mother fell to the ground, blood seeping through her white shirt. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head slowly, and Chris stared helplessly as her father tried to pull his knife out of the cloth of his wife's yellow coat. "STOP! JUST STOP ALREADY!" Chris screamed at her father, running over to him. He looked up to see a tiny fist fly into the center of his face.

Completely guilt filled, he didn't say a word as he grabbed Chris's arm, leaving the knife in his wife's lifeless body. Chris stayed silent, too. But she still cried. Her eyes were shut, tears squeezing out of them.

She still lives with her dad to this day, and she doesn't DARE argue with him, in fear that her mother's fate will be her's if one, wrong word was said.

ErMahGerd!!! So much writing... Seiya Tired Icon  I was SOO inspired! Should I base a journal-book on an OC like RiverSpirit did? Let me know!!
